With 20 years of experience as a recruiter and most recently, a business developer, Rosie has built a legacy of trust across her wide network of healthcare executives across the country. She has built a trusted reputation with her clients as someone who will work tirelessly to meet their needs while applying her expertise to help executives secure the elusive ideal candidate.

In 2004, Lisa became Morgan Consulting Resources’ first Mile High recruiter when she opened the firm’s Denver office, after working in the firm’s San Francisco offices for four years. Prior to Morgan, Lisa worked as an investment professional with various firms including Montgomery Asset Management, where she built trusting relationships and managed the portfolios of high-net-worth clients.

As one of Morgan Consulting Resources’ resident experts on health insurance products, Lu is well-versed in overcoming the challenges associated with finding the right employees for a rapidly-expanding organization. Lu grew her experience via the ‘trial by fire’ method – while serving as part of the leadership team for a division of UnitedHealth group that grew from ten to approximately 1,800 employees in just six years.

Donna has served as a valued member of Morgan Consulting Resources since 2004. She brings a unique set of skills to our team—combining her solid management experience in the financial, strategic planning, operations, and sales realms with her savviness and agility to handle the demands of an evolving enterprise.

As a dynamic member of the Morgan Consulting Resources team, Alex is a natural-born recruiter. He has built his career around recruiting as he pursued roles in the college recruiting, insurance recruiting, and finally, healthcare recruiting, arenas. Today, one of Alex’s specialties is collaborating with clients and helping them to find teams of professionals and consultant-level talent who will allow them to handle the workload spikes associated with CMS audits, Medicare bids, system conversions and updates, new product rollouts, and other simultaneous initiatives.

As an Executive Search Consultant, Erica is passionate about connecting unique talent with meaningful work—resulting in long-term placements for clients and candidates. Erica’s success is built upon a foundation of resourceful and action-oriented work—as well as a keen dedication and commitment to doing what’s right, instead of what is easy.
