We have been retained on this confidential search seeking an accomplished high energy CFO with Healthcare Industry experience. This northern California organization is a leading national healthcare provider with over 2500 employees serving over 10,000 patients each day. This CFO will assist and help lead in the growth and development of this dynamic, pre-IPO company. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key contributing function in the future of this exciting and innovative healthcare company. This position comes with a generous salary and total compensation package including equity position.
The successful candidate’s background must have the following:
- CPA required; MBA preferred
- Public company experience
- Completed an IPO – experience in leading the process from pre-IPO through successful public offering
- Strong strategic visionary capabilities
- Polished presentation skills for board and investor meetings
- Complete understanding of SOX – including implementation of process, as well as other required filings
- Experienced senior leader
- Oversight for all financial and accounting functions
- Ability to serve as a strong and confident partner to the CEO
