Bev's healthcare career began in 1970 and over the past 35 years has included experience in operations, finance, recruitment, sales and marketing functions. Early on, she managed Accounts Receivable for the medical group that would become Sierra Health Services (Nevada). Her leadership of the 45-person finance department, collecting and managing the financial resources, allowed the company to grow and expand from a single medical group to Nevada's first health maintenance organization, offering federally-qualified managed care plans for employers, government and Medicare recipients. Bev grew with the company from start-up to IPO, learning about healthcare delivery with each position from front-line to senior manager.

Bev excelled in account management at Sierra Health Services, serving the needs of major accounts including the Federal Employee account. She stepped into a comparable account management role and honed her skills in a large corporate setting when she joined FHP in 1998 (later acquired by PacifiCare).

Joining Morgan Consulting Resources in 2002, Bev has distinguished herself through her tenacity. Her patience and perseverance serve Bev and her clients well, as she persists in the sometimes arduous search for the best possible fit between her client's needs and a candidate's potential.

Bev was drawn to a new challenge and developed the MCR capability in the recruitment of Pathologists. She loves the physician search process and has been recognized by one of the largest laboratory corporations in the nation for both her diligence in the recruitment process and the superior caliber of the candidates she produces.

Bev has lived in Nevada for 40 years, which makes her almost a native of one of the fastest-growing states in the country. Children occupy a special place in Bev's heart and she treasures the time she spends with her eight grandchildren.
